Administrator Jackson to Visit North Carolina for “My Education, My Future” Event

(ATLANTA – Sept. 4, 2009)  EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson will visit Durham, North Carolina’s Southern High School on Tuesday, September 8 for a “My Education, My Future” event.

 

At noon, President Obama will deliver a national address directly to students on the importance of taking responsibility for their education. Administrator Jackson will watch the speech with Southern High students and discuss the importance of taking responsibility for their education. Other cabinet members will hold similar discussions at schools across the country.
