What do you do to "Be Air Aware" when planning outdoor activities?

May 3-7 is Air Quality Awareness Week.  The quality of the air we breathe affects each of us differently and can lead to serious
health issues, including asthma, heart disease and stroke to name a few. Air Quality Awareness Week ( http://www.epa.gov/airnow/airaware/) is a partnership effort to remind Americans to check the Air Quality Index (http://www.airnow.gov/ ) while planning their outdoor activities.
