US EPA and Northern Command to Provide Emergency Response Equipment to Nogales, Agua Prieta   SAN FRANCISCO – On Wednesday, November 7, representatives from EPA’s Pacific Southwest region and US Northern Command will participate in a ceremony to transfer needed emergency response equipment to the fire departments of Nogales and Agua Prieta.
