GREENEST STADIUM IN THE COUNTRY

SENATOR FRANK LAUTENBERG, CONGRESSMAN STEVE ROTHMAN, AND STADIUM CEO MARK LAMPING
MONDAY, JUNE 1
New York Giants Co-Owner John Mara and New York Jets Owner Woody Johnson will join New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, EPA Acting Regional Administrator George Pavlou, Senator Frank Lautenberg, Congressman Steve Rothman, and New Meadowlands CEO Mark Lamping to announce and display the Stadium’s Green practices on Monday, June 1 at 11 AM, in New Meadowlands, East Rutherford, New Jersey.
WHAT: Team owners and the Stadium CEO will join state and EPA officials to demonstrate and display the Green practices at New Meadowlands Stadium. Team owners and Stadium CEO will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the EPA.
Stadium tours will be available to press following the ceremony.
WHO: Expected participants include: New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine, EPA Acting Regional Administrator George Pavlou, New York Jets Owner Woody Johnson, New York Giants Co-Owner John Mara, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Senator Frank Lautenberg, Congressman Steve Rothman, and New Meadowlands Stadium Company CEO Mark Lamping .
