Greetings:
We are contacting you regarding the status of your account. Our records indicate that notice was given via Rackspace Cloud Control Panel of your account delinquency and that subsequently the services were suspended and/or cancelled. At this time, there is a balance due on the account. You are advised that Rackspace will proceed to collect the balance due on your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement between us.
In order to avoid legal review or third party collection attempts that could adversely affect your credit rating and ability to transact business, you must pay your balance immediately or make payment arrangements that Rackspace deems acceptable.
