(New York, NY – August 8, 2011) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Regional Administrator Judith A. Enck will be joined by Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr.  on a site tour of the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site in Laurence Harbor, NJ on Tuesday, August 9 at 5:45 pm. Media are welcome. Following the tour there will be a meeting of the Raritan Bay Slag Community Advisory Group, which is the liaison between the Raritan Bay community stakeholders and the EPA. Come hear about activities and progress concerning the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site.
