FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

(Kansas City, Kan., August 12, 2010) - EPA Region 7 Administrator Karl Brooks will attend the annual Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, Iowa, on Monday, Aug. 16. Administrator Brooks will be available for news interviews in a booth area of the Iowa Department of Natural Resources building.

 

Interview topics include updates on air and water quality programs, concentrated animal feeding operations, nutrient management, pesticides and renewable fuels.
