Tomorrow: EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson to Visit Pompton Lakes and Newark

(New York, N.Y. – March 25, 2010) On Friday, March 26, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa P. Jackson will meet with two New Jersey communities.

 

First, Administrator Jackson will join Congressman Bill Pascrell in Pompton Lakes, NJ for a meeting hosted by the congressman with stakeholders involved in the Pompton Lakes DuPont site cleanup.  This meeting will be closed press and directly followed by a press availability.

 

Finally, the Administrator will travel to Newark, NJ where she will meet with the Community Advisory Group for the Passaic River Superfund site.  The meeting with the Passaic Community Advisory Group is open to the press.
