St. Louis Clean Cities will also repower a switch engine locomotive as part of the program.   Large marine engines typically operate in ports that receive disproportionately high amounts of diesel emissions. Two engines that have been removed from one of the tugboats will be available for viewing, and a ceremonial scrapping with an acetylene torch will occur.
